Floor Plan
We are providing a range of home designs that fit into all budgets and requirements of our customers. Please select one of our home designs from our extensive range, or we can also custom design a floor plan which suits your requirements.
Estimate
According to the plan you have selected, one of our sales representatives will give you a detailed house estimate.
Initial Deposit
We will take a non-refundable $3000 deposit towards your initial floor plans with three revisions to initiate your custom plan. Please note: Additional revisions will cost an extra $500 each.
Working Drawings
Get your full set of working drawings, and you will have one revision at this stage to make necessary internal changes. Once you received the final floor plan, please sign the floor plan, and send it back to your sales representative. Please note: – No more changes allowed after this stage.
Colour Selection
Vish homes have a dedicated team member who helps you with your colour selection. Or make your selection online. You will have ten working days to finalise your colour selection. Once you submitted the final document, our team will check the section towards your floor plan, and the extra upgrade cost will be added to your final contract amount. Please note: If any product goes out of stock, Vish homes have the right to replace the product. External selection is subject to developer approval.
Contract Signing
Sign your formal building contract and pay the rest of the initial 5% deposit.
Construction Stage
For a single storey house, average completion time is 16 – 20 weeks. For a Double storey house, average completion time is 30- 40 Weeks. Progress Payment stages – Base stage 10%, Frame 15%, Lockup 35%, Fixing 25%, and Balance 10%.
Construction Progress Check
You will get updates of your project through our software, or you can always email our support team for updates info@vishhomes.com.au. We will also provide you with our supervisor details to get updates on your new home.
Pre handover Inspection
We will arrange a pre-handover inspection with our supervisor before the final touch-ups, For any site visit in between the construction stage, please email us to info@vishhomes.com.au to book an appointment.
Final Handover
We handover your brand-new home with all keys, Occupancy certificate, and all other relevant documents and manuals.
Maintenance & Aftercare
After three months, we will do a maintenance visit and attend any maintenance issues. All our homes come with 12 months maintenance and 15 structural warranty. For any maintenance emergencies, please call on our toll-free number 1300 00 VISH.
